HOW TO COOK SAMBAL CHILI SHRIMP WITH ALL-PURPOSE SAMBAL CHILI PASTE?


Ingredient:

Garlic, sugar, salt, shallot, chili, shrimp, shrimp paste (belacan), oil.

Sambal Chili Shrimp

1. Open the packet, already can eat with other food.

2. If not eat after open, please put in refrigeration. Next time serve after fried. Sambal chili Chicken Method (Also suitable for fish, beef, mutton, prawn, clam, Petai bean).


Preparation:

1. MasFood Sambal Chili Shrimp Paste 1 pkt.

2.Chicken meat (800g-1kg).


Cooking Method:

1.Heat the oil, fry the chicken meat until mature. Remove it.

2. Fry the MasFood Sambal Chili Shrimp All Purpose Paste for a while, add in chicken meat and continuous until fragrance.Ready to serve.

Sambal Chili Shrimp Fry Rice Method (Also suitable for rice stick and noodle)


Preparation:

1. MasFood Sambal Chili Shrimp All Purpose Paste 1 pkt.

2. Seafood or meat (200g).

3. Egg 3 pieces.

4. Cooked rice (people), 3 spoons of cooking oil.


Cooking method:

1. Heat the cooking oil, fry the seafood (or meat) and beaten egg until cooked.

2.Add in MasFood Sambal Chili Shrimp All Purpose Paste and fry until fragrance.

3.Add in cooked rice and stir- fry until fragrance. Ready to serve.
