HOW TO COOK HAINANESE CHICKEN RICE?

INGREDIENTS:

Ginger, Garlic, Lemongrass, Vegetable Oil, Sugar, Salt.


COOKING METHOD:

To Steam:

1. Steam the 500gm chicken, meat, or seafood for 8 minutes.

2. Then pour in the Masfood Hainanese Chicken Rice Paste, and continuously steam until cooked. Then serve with hot.


To Fry:

1. Stir-fly the Masfood Hainanese Chicken Rice With Ginger All-Purpose Paste with suitable water.

2. Then add in 500gm chicken, meat, or seafood, and stir-fry until cooked. Then serve while it is hot.


To Cook Hainanese Chicken Rice:

1. 500gm washed rice with 500gm water into the rice cooker. Add in the Masfood Ginger All Purpose Paste to stir it and start cooking. (if can, put in 2 pandan leaves. It will be more delicious.)

2. When the rice is cooked, stir the rice and cook for 5 minutes. Then serve while it is hot.
