HOW TO COOK CURRY CHICKEN?


INGREDIENTS:

Chili, Onion, Garlic, Vegetable Oil, Salt, Sugar.



PREPARATION:

1. Masfood 101 Instant Curry Paste For Cooking Chicken or Meat 1 pkt.

2. Chicken / Mutton / Beef / Meat 1.2kg.

3. 1 whole coconut milk or evaporated filled milk.

4. Also can add in your favorite ingredients, such as potatoes etc.



COOKING METHOD:

1. Stir the Masfood 101 Instant Curry Chicken Paste for a while, then add 500ml water into the wok and boil it.

2. Then, add in 1.2kg meat and other favorite materials, and cook until mature.

3. Lastly, add in coconut milk, and stir it. Then, served while hot.

* If cooked thick, no need to add coconut milk.

* Also can use for fried rice sticks, fried noodles, fried rice, fried chicken meat, BBQ, vegetable curry, and instant noodle.
