How To Cook Chili Crab With MasFood Kam Heong Chili Crab All Purpose Paste?
Ingredient:
Garlic, lemongrass, sugar, salt, shallot, chili, shrimp, Kam Heong Chili Crab Cooking Method (Also suitable for clam.)
Preparation:
1) Masfood Kam Heong Chili Crab Paste 1pkt.
2) Crab 3pcs (800-1kg).
3) Evaporated filled milk or milk powder.
4) Dark soy sauce, curry leaf and chili padi.
Cooking Method:
1) Steam the crab for preparation.
2) Fry the Masfood Kam Heong Chili All Purpose Paste for a while, add in dark soy sause,curry leaf, chili padi and continuous fry until fragrance.
3) Add in cooked crab and evaporated filled milk (or milk powder) and continuous stir-fry until fragrance. Ready to serve.
