HOW TO COOK ASAM FISH WITH 101 INSTANT ASAM STYLE FISH PASTE?
INGREDIENTS:
Asam Chili, Garlic, Onion, Tamarind Paste, Sugar, Salt and Vegetable Oil.
PREPARATION:
800gm fish or seafood, 800ml water.
COOKING METHOD:
Stir-fly 800gm of fish or seafood together with Masfood 101 Asam Fish Paste for a few minutes.
Add 800ml of water, continuously cook until boil and serve hot.
